The purchase price is $750,000.00, cash.

The land and the building and everything inside and outside go with the sale except the following;

OUTSIDE:

•  The walk-in freezer currently belongs to one of the charters operators working out     of the lodge.

•   All outside plants in a pot

INSIDE:

•   All the personal belongings upstairs of Bruce & Darlene.

•   Anything hanging on the walls such as art work, photos, etc.

•   Collector Art Glass and hutches

•   All inside plants
